Show#11: Getting Fit On The Web

January 7th, 2009 by Jason

This episode of The Web Mix is all about giving you ways to use the web to get healthy and track your diet, exercise and fitness.

I start off by bringing you health related tweeters to follow on Twitter, health blogs and tools for your mobile device to track your diet and exercise.

Then we look at some more sites that give you tools for managing weight loss, diet and exercise with social networking for support groups. It all ends with the video of the week which shows something that can be embarrassing while you work out.

  5. I’m giving this book five stars to make up for those people who unfairly gave it one. This book IS scientifically sound, as I have found evidence in medical texts to back up the theory. Besides, who cares, as long as it works. IT WORKS!

  6. I commend the valuable information you share in your posts. I?ll bookmark your page and have my children visit in your site often. I am really sure they?ll read a lot of new articles in your website than anywhere else!
